Text to speech voice - Julie

Does anyone know how we can use the new 'Julie' voice that has just been released by Neospeech? Is there a way to add Julie to the text to speech drop down? Right now I have Paul and Kate.

I'm guessing that you would need to purchase the Julie voice separately since it's not part of the packaged deal that Adobe made with Neospeech. It's not possible to see the prices on the Neospeech website, which usually is a good indication of that it is expensive..

No one has Julie's voice except for iSpeech. They are only offering it as a service, but it's pretty simple to use.
