Hi Team,
I have just got license of Adobe Capivate. i plan to use Adobe Captivate for Texts scripted audio and video recording. i was using Screencast-O-matic but switching to captivate due to bugs and no support. my question is how can i make Texts scripted audio and video ?
Screencast-O-matic had above feature where scripts can be written and then Audio is recorded. After Audio is recorded, Video can be recorded. i am having tough time to identify this kind of feature in captivate, please kindly help.

Terminology is often a problem for me, I am not a native English speaker. However I have quite a bunch of experience with Captivate, which is an eLearning authoring tool. For eLearning interactivity is very important. Not sure, but it seems like you are just talking about passive video/audio? In that case I would rather look at a video tool like Camtasia. That is a screen recording tool with all the bells and whistles you need.
Captivate includes Video Demo recording tool, which is sort of a less featured version of Camtasia. It can be used to record a screencam and the screen at the same time, and include audio and system audio. The result will be a file with extension cpvc, which can be published to MP4.
You can increase the interactivity for a video by creating an interactive video which adds some interactivity but still is not a full interactive course. Here is a link to an example of such a video:
An alternative in the main Captivate for the video recording is recording a software simulation which is possible in Demo, Training and Assessment mode. Those sims are slide based. You can import slide notes and use them to record the narration or convert them using Text To Speech.
What I mean about interactivity, maybe this basic intro could clarify:

My apologies if I have misunderstood your question and this answer is not what you expect. In that case, please try to specify more.
