Here is my situation:
Currently I am using Captivate 3 to create quizzes/assessments to be taken in an LMS. The LMS I'm using is The Learning Manager which is created by the WIN Corportation and can work with SCORM compliant (version 1.2) content. I have read through several threads, set up the manifest and been able to get to the point where I can upload the assessment and get it to report the final results in the LMS.
Here's my issue:
If a participant were to fail and re-take the quiz/assessment, the only score that is reported is the passing one. So in other words, each attempt made, will eliminate the one that preceded it. If I were to create the assessment/quiz in the LMS (not using Captivate) I can track number of attemps, and final scores for each attempt.
Here's what I need:
Is there an easy way to set the reporting preferences so that the LMS will track every attempt to pass an assessment/quiz?
The attached file contains a screen shot of a users progress on a sample assessment that was created in Captivate. The first attempt was a faliure and the second attempt was a successful passing grade. As you'll see, the only attemp that was recorded was the second one and there is no data being reported for number of attempts or which attempt.
What I've tried:
I have tried almost all carious settings with Report Data, Report Score, Rerport Level ans Pass/Fail with no success.

It's pretty standard that most LMS's only keep track of the score etc. for the last attempt. Some LMS' allow you to define how many attempts are allowed, but this is something the LMS does - not Captivate.
You won't be able to change any settings in Captivate to allow it to record multiple scores for multiple attempts. This is something that you LMS needs to do so you probably need you LMS vendor to develop it for you.
