I have a SCROM package created in Adobe Captivate 2019 (11.2.2.53) . File size 193MB. Page is not loading, when i importaed file to Moddle on hosted server envirnmer .. However it workes perfectly in Moodle cloud .. Any thoughts ..
Captivate's HTML5 output uses JSON files. Your Moodle cloud server may be configured to allow JSON but your hosted server environment might not be and that would be why the same content works on one server but not the other. Check with the server administrator of the hosted Moodle server to find out whether JSON files are allowed.
