Unable to Save Project (*.cp file)

Hello Captivate Forum,
Here I go again!!! I have many problems with captivate 3.0, in terms of file size and importing.
Is it me or memorex???

Scenario - have cp file (147 mb). Cannot edit or change this file. Can do Save As - the file size does not change.
New problem found.

I create an empty project. It has one slide. I log-off a network, log on to computer locallay, open my 1 slide project, and import some OBJECTS on one slide only from the 147 mb file. This actually worked (it DOES NOT WORK when I am logged into my domain???!!). I then tried to save my now 2 slide project.

I get a captivate dialog that says I either do not have priveleges to save the file in the current location or the file is locked by another user. I get the same dialog when attempting to save the file when logged in to the domain, except the import will not work when loggted on the domain (?)

Has anyone seen this??? I plan to call Adobe tomorrow in regard to this issue.
