Hello,
Unable to login to Captivate(2019) since morning and the error that pops up is as below. I am using Windows 10 (Build 18363.1679) and have all my browser and OS up to date.
This comes up when I open Captivate and once i click on sign in.
Your browser or operating system is no longer supported. You may need to install the latest updates to your operating system.
Kindly help!
Thanks a lot, everyone for ur responses and @santoshn25659042 for your suggestions. I finally got a resolution from Adobe Chat support and they asked me to follow some instructions and it worked 🙂
Attached text file with the instructions Hope it helps someone with similar issues 🙂
Strangely I can't paste those instructions in the post here, it's not accepting (might be an issue to be solved some other day :D)

Creative Cloud needed to update and unfortunately doesn't update one file. This follow up is the ultimate solution!
1. Please close all adobee applications completely.
2. Use the below link to download the file named "AASIapp.exe"

3. Once downloaded, Please copy the file "AASIapp.exe" and paste and replace it at the below location:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\OOBE\PDApp\P7
Once done, Please launch the application again and try to use it.

First of all I did not have a folder called P7. Regardless, I created it and did this and still did not work.

I also resolved the issue yesterday at my company. An employee was receiving this exact error. I had edited the registry, replaced the application while following the instructions that @Gobbz posted, and many other methods to no avail.
I then figured out that their chrome and firefox browser were attempting to load the adobe plugin within the browser. Once I allowed this extension to load, the application then was able to update, and the employee was able to log in. Hopefully someone in the future will be able to use this for a resolution.
