Adobe Captivate has not been available for the M1 processor until very recently. Adobe has also been slow to offer support for this new processor and new OS updates/upgrades over the last couple of years. If you sift through these forums, you will see that Apple users have been very frustrated with the speed at which updates have come and the rate at which troubleshooting bugs have been dealt with.

It's important to mention that this is for subscription only. If the user already has a perpetual license for Captivate 2019 they will not be able to use this release. Hopefully they are on monthly.
