Videos at cloudacademy.com only keeps reloading every 15 seconds, I couldn't find this website in website storage settings panel even though I visit it alot, so I couldn't try the last solution . The problem happens only with that website and from my laptop.

Is this related to any specific Adobe product? It doesn't sound as if it is. It actually sounds as if you need to perhaps contact a support person for whatever cloudacademy.com is.
I don't know whether it's related to Adobe Flash or not.I contacted them and they couldn't solve the problem. I could play the videos using VideoCast but it doesn't display the subtitles, so I need to solve it and watch the videos immediately from there website.
