OK, let me go straight to the point:
Look at this image: I have a valid serial number for Captivate 11:
I download the product, install it and... NEVER ASKS ME FOR THIS SERIAL!
Instead, I login using the same Adobe ID associated with this serial and purchase and... ta dah!! appears in trial mode.
Please is there ANYBODY out there that is able to reply something meaningful to this mess?????

For some years now Adobe only uses a subscription model. You obviously have an Adobe ID (which is essential for licensing) but do you have a current subscription license for Captivate 11?
If not, but you believe your purchased serial number should still be honoured, then you will need to get through to Adobe Support and try to get the issue resolved.
You can easily get onto the AI Chatbot, which is very little help because it just sends you to links on their website. But if you type in lots of complain about NOT getting the answers you need and ask to speak to a REAL person, it generally does forward you to someone you can chat with. That's how I generally resolve similar issues.

Thank you but trying to get to a real and VALID person to resolve such this issues in Adobe seems no less than impossible. They just don't care. They don't care about users.
