We're trying to address some students' concerns that they are unable to zoom into a simulation that has been published by Captivate.
Normal zoom functions in a browser do not work, and those that do (such as Safari on a MacBook) enable you to zoom into the simulations, but then the actions configured in the simulation no longer work. That is, a hot spot that was originally configured, not longer response. I'm assuming that the touch pad on the MacBook is simply "blowing up" a static image of the current step of the simulation, thereby disabling any actions predefined in the simulation. After you zoom back out, the hot spot functions normally. I'm thinking that this feature does not work because of the way html maps coordinates.
Is there a widget that can be added to the published project that enables a student to zoom into the simulation? I was unable to find anything using the Help search on both within the application and the Adobe Captivate website.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you.
