Adobe Captivate 9 Keeps Freezing when Adding Assets

Adobe Captivate 9 keeps crashing on me and I cannot even get a project started. I only have a few slides added, I tried adding characters and themes but the system keeps freezing after I am done adding them or while adding them. My current version is 9.0.2.431. Please help! Thanks.

When you upgraded to 9.0.2.437 did you clear the Preferences, and maybe the Layouts folder in Public documents? Try to clear the cache regularly as well, please.

If you are on WIndows, do you Run Captivate as Administrator?

Characters are from the eLB site, are you behind a firewall?

Are the 'themes' also from the eLB site?

Hi there, thanks for the quick response. I had a reinstall a while back on my computer and got that version. Now, i did run the application on Admin mode and it seems to be working so far. My manager had told me that one of my teammates did the upgrade and it resolved the issue for him.
