I just tested this on my Samsung Galaxy S7 and my iPad 9.7" model and it worked great in both cases. You may wish to check if your devices have the most up to date OS software. I know that there are software requirements for the client device. In this case the iOS device needs to be running version 11 & later running Safari 11.1 & later and the Android device needs version 6 of the OS and on chrome 67 or newer in order to have VR work correctly.

My iPhone Xs Max is running iOS 12.4

Looks like this

Captivate VR iPhone Xs Max - YouTube

The same happens when I use live view in Captivate and scan the QR code

Well, as I said, your published project is working fine on my devices without any problems. It must be something on your devices.

Hi Paul, sorry but I dont speak English very well, I am from Brazil!

I will use google translator to write for you. Sorry for grammatical errors.

I'm having the same error, chrome executes, divides the screen and two but the images are static, without moving. If I use the phone's standard browser, it works normal, I even put it on the VR glasses and I can see normal. Please ask that if you have contact with Adobe, this is a great tool that is not working very well. We need an update. I'm a fan of your work! Thanks for reading my comment!

I am having the same problem. It will only work on my Samsung S9 with Bing. Won't work with AMYTHING else. Tried several iPhones and Androids. Tried several browsres on each.  It separates the images into two, but they are at an odd tilted angel. Any thoughts?
