I have a course with 4 chapters created in Captivate 7. I would like the user to be able to go in and choose whichever chapter they want to take and have it take them directly to the beginning of that chapter. I have set up the Action > On Success > Jump to Slide > # of the slide. I am using click boxes. The user can click on the first chapter and it will take them to the beginning of that chapter, but if they click on any of the other chapters, it does not take them to the beginning of those chapters. Is this possible to do?
Are there question slides in each chapter? If so, look at your quiz settings. You likely have configured the settings to require the questions to be answered before you can move past them.

Are those chapters in the same file? If yes, did you indicate the correct slide - btw I recommend labeling at least the first slides of the chapters.

Yes, they are in the same file, and I did indicate the correct slide. When
I click on Chapter 2, it doesn't do anything. It's as if the click boxes
are not allowing it to go to that chapter, because if they exit the course
and re-enter it, it wants me to click on Chapter 1 first.

That was the problem. Thanks so much for your help!! I have another question that hopefully you can help me with. I cannot get the exit button to work when I publish my course. I am publishing it to a SWF file. I have tried the standard exit button, and also created one myself, but I can't get either to work.

Well - I thought this fixed the problem, but when I went in today, I still am not able to click on the chapters and take me to the correct slide. Could it have anything to do with the click boxes? Do you need to click the first click box before it will allow you to click the second click box?
