Thanks for anyone's help
I recently switched from running Captivate 2019 just fine using a work credit card to using an enterprise login.
Afterward Captivate would exit by itself after the splash screen.
I tried using the Adobe cleanup tool and the Captivate uninstall too as well are removing as adobe items from my library (I'm on a mac)
Interestingly the creative cloud apps all transferred over just fine on two machines.
Constrastingly, on two different machines I get an error message when trying to reinstall Captivate 2019. (on both machines Captivate would freeze then exit after I transferred to an enterprise account)
I tried all of the "Error Code 1" suggestions on this board for creative cloud and they didnt work. I didnt see any for Captivate.
Adobe's troubleshooter guide just suggests that I try again laterso that's just this side of useless.
