How do I download Captivate 8 Subscription Edition

Just purchased Adobe Captivate 8 Subscription Edition.  How do I download the software to my computer?

Thank you for your help. I already purchased my Captivate 8 subscription. I received an email confirming my order but no link to download or instructions etc. Don't know how to actually get the software downloaded onto my computer.  Adobe doesn't seem to have "live" support online or telephone on weekends.  Thanks again "kglad" for helping me.

you can download the trial and start using it.

i just don't know if you'll be able to extend this trial to full subscription with your adobe id when your payment clears (usually one business day after payment is received), or this trial can only be activated by purchasers with a serial number.

I am having the same issue. I logged into my account and went to my Orders. Then was able to select Download, but there is no option to Download Captivate 8. It says it is unavailable. I have been paying for over a year and now trying to set it up on my new cpu. Any luck, please do share. I may need to wait on customer service tomorrow. Good luck!

I am having the same issue.  I purchased the Captivate subscription and the payment has cleared.  I expected an email with instructions about how to download the app but have not received anything.  This is really quite frustrating trying to find how to download something I've already paid for!

HELP!!!
