I've created a survey in Captivate designed to assess which courses a user needs to take based on their job responsibilities.   After users complete the survey, they will see the entire course list with check marks next to the courses that apply to them (this is done through states changes driven by variables). 

Since management would like to know the results (and there is no way to link the results to the LMS), it would be great to have this information sent via email.  It is possible to create a widget that would take a screen capture of the last page (the course listing) and send it to an email address?
