In August of 2018, I upgraded from Captivate 9 to Captivate 2019. I needed to load it on a different laptop and now I'm told that you can only upgrade to 2019 from 2017. WTF? Since when is Adobe requiring a customer to upgrade to every version?? If I put in the version 9 serial number, it won't take it and the drop-down box only lists v10 ( btw--keep your naming nomenclatures consistent!!)

This is not acceptable. I purchased the upgrade in good faith and it worked fine, I should be able to move the license as I choose.

I am just a user, will try to find someone from the staff to answer your request.

Version 10 has a second name 'CP2017'

Version 11's second name is 'CP2019'

You may have bought an upgrade from version 9 to 10, not to 11
