PDF to SCORM 1.2 using Captivate 2017

Hi,

Can we convert a PDF file to SCORM 1.2/1.3 format using Captivate 2017  ?

No you cannot use Captivate to convert a PDF. Scorm is not a file format.

In Captivate you could deliver a pdf to an end user by linking to it for  a link or a button on a slide and have it display as a link destination in a browser or you could place it in a web object and the user could view the pdf inside a captivate slide.

David is correct for a normal pdf. Or are you talking about an interactive pdf? Captivate was/is able to create an interactive pdf for which is was possible to report to a LMS. However with the death of Flash Player announced, since those interactive pdf's are Flash-based, not to be recommended anymore.
