playback buttons grayed out on captivate 2019 please help!

I am working on an e-learning project in which every slide has elements imported from photoshop.

Now that I am done with every slide and added the sounds... when going to the skin editor to work on the buttons and configuration this happened

Any ideas?

Do you have Pretest questions? Do you have Branch aware checked in Quiz Preferences?

Yes I have 2 pretest questions and I don't have Branch aware checked
