Remove or Change Screen Split

I have set a split screen (screen cap on one side, person video on other side). Can I change that? Remove the split? Move the spot the split occurs on the timeline?

Yes you can, At the point where you want to change the layout, click one of the video options under the playbar.

To remove it, simply move the cursor to where you want to change it, and click to a new perspective.
