Hi,
I need a big help on this one. Have hit the wall on figuring this one out.
We are using Cornerstone as our LMS, and we would like to report quiz answer from Captivate 5 to LMS. Please take a look at the screenshot below. We believe we have everything set correctly in the publish setting. Also we want to clarify that Adobe Captivate can really send score to LMS (please someone confirm this for us). Are we missing something? Thanks in advance.

You should change the Report To LMS to Percent instead of Score.
Captivate CAN certainly send your score to your SCORM-compliant LMS, but Report To LMS as SCORE sends what is known as the RAW SCORE, which is simply the number of accumulated points reported by successful interactions with quizzing elements. But if you go this route you need to also ensure that the Quiz > Pass/Fail Options is also set to a given number of points to match the required points for a passing score. In practice it is all too easy for these two settings to get out of sync (e.g. because someone adds a question or changes the number of points awarded for something) and then your scoring becomes inaccurate.
Most LMSs are expecting what is known as a Normalised Score somewhere between 0-100. Report to LMS as Percent does this better and it's a lot less maintenance to care for because you don't need to change your settings if you add or remove questions.
Another change I would recommend is that you tick the box beside Course > Duration in the Manifest dialog and enter a number roughly similar to the duration in minutes of your course/module. The reason for this is that some LMS require this data and will reject the SCO without it.

Hi RodWard,
Thank you very much your response. At least we can eliminate a possibilities that Captivate is not sending any data at all to LMS. We are still working on figuring out Cornerstone LMS. Just wondering if you can help out on one thing. In the Captivate livedocs for the Reporting options, we found this particular statement
Use the Reporting area of the Quiz panel to specify the reporting options.

Could be either or both. Most probably though it's referring to the fact that if you configure the quiz questions or other interactive elements properly, and you turn on the options to send Interactions and Score, then Captivate will send the LMS extra details about which interactions the user got correct or incorrect and possibly even which specific answer options the user selected in their quiz questions.
Bookmarking for an LMS is related to the Resume Data that Captivate sends by default but which you can turn off by ticking the box in LMS Customisation Settings dialog to Never Send Resume Data.
