Hi, Adobe community,
I'd like to ask for help and solutions regarding the issues I'm currently facing on the arm and leg issues on the body tracking. My arm animation movement is a bit jerky and not smooth. Also, the leg movement is so weird and looks odd. I already read and tried some ways that I searched on Adobe forums and tutorials on YouTube, but unfortunately, the issues are still there. If anyone has any solution to this, it will be highly appreciated. I attached images and links to the project file for reference. Thank you so much : )
Here's a couple of things that you can try: First of all, your limbIK is being applied only to the arms, not the arms and legs. You're tracking the legs by the heels and you have "hold in Place" set for your motion tracking, but your heels are off camera. I can tell you have a limited amount of space, so maybe tracking the knees would be easier.
As for your first example (bent legs), need to recalibrate your camera at the location where you will perform. Otherwise, the system cannot tell the default position of the body.
I am not sure if there is anything we can do to improve the arm movements. Any video-based human tracking has some amount of hard-to-eliminate noise, especially in real-time.

Hi,
Thank you so much for your tips. I try changing it from heels to knee and I also tried changing " hold in place" to "return to rest " and now the body tracking is detecting better compared to before. It does help the character to lift its legs as well . But now I'm having issues where my movement seems a bit snap . Do u have any tips to makes the hand and leg move smoothly ?

Hi J-Saito, Thank you so much for your tips. I tried to recalibrate again during my default pose and it does work. As for body tracking, I do realize the lighting environment and the clothes I wear play an important role for it to be detected for body movement. But somehow I can only manage to minimize the jittering. I will try again at a different location and try a more high resolution camera and see if it will work. Will give update again soon. Thanks again !
