Disconnected Head from Body of Puppet

Hi all,

I'm rigging together this emu: Emu.puppet - Google Drive

I'm trying to get the head to bend along with the neck and the torso remain stationary. Think Melmen from Madagascar.

Unfortunately I cant get the head to stay stationary on the neck. I know in former versions of C.A you just had to add staples however the attach feature doesn't seem to work for me.

Would love for someone to point out why?

First off, I think you need an overall group containing the head and body. I made these changes, and added some fixed points to the body.

I was wondering if you plan to have the emu walk. If so, your present rigging will probably need some further changes.
