Error codes on startup

Hello, I keep getting these error codes when I start the program and click on the Chad puppet (Photoshop). If I keep closing the error I eventually get to the puppet, but it fails to create a scene. I am totally new to this program, but it worked in my office earlier and now I am trying from home. Not sure if its an issue with my computer or the program? Any help is appreciated!
