Error when opening project

Hi,

I just installed Character Animator and every time I select a puppet it will show the same error every time. The error says "Error with file" and then it says the file directory that it has an error with. And when I press ok it doesn't load. How do I fix this?

And this happens for all the built-in puppets on the homescreen? For Starter mode and Pro mode?

I would double check and make sure you have the right system requirements:

Make sure the app is on a local drive with all the proper read/write permissions. And you can also try holding down option / alt when loading CH, which will load up a blank project in case the project is messed up somehow.
