Hello there, hope you will be doing great. I have an issue with the rigging of a new character. This is a simple potato character having only a head and limbs no torso. When I import the file in the character animator, the face background didn't show there. Please let me know how to fix it, is there any issue with layers or this is something else? Screenshots are given here. I am using adobe illustrator 2020 and adobe character animator 2022.

So looking at this it must have something to do with that folder labeled "Clip Group". Everything above that appears to be showing. Also, I have learned that CH does not always render <PATH> especially related to cycle layers so I change those to a name. What's going on in the Clip Group layer?

Thank you David for your response, I have tried renaming the layers but nothing happened. Can I have some other solution if that can work?

Can you post a screenshot with everything opened so we can all the layers especially that Clip Group folder? It has to be something in that folder.

I have already removed the scars from the skin of the character. Now, it is visible in the character animator. Maybe, that was actually scars that were causing this hassle.
