Head tilt with Frontal folder isn't working

I'm trying to make a tiltable head using a parent Frontal folder as described in this video: https://youtu.be/e85HGSAS80g  But the head keeps floating too far from the body. I have Frontal tagged as a Head, and then the Head folder is also tagged as a Head, with an added Face behavior. As far as I know, I've followed all the steps. Any advice would be welcome! thanks.

ANSWER FOUND: It turns out that the default Head Tilt setting in Behaviors, for whatever reason, was too high for this puppet. I cut it back to about 20% of its default value and the problem was solved!

Uncheck the crown symbol on the head layer.
Perhaps that will be enough to connect the head and body.
