I do not know if there is a way to completely reset everything at once, but I do know that you can find and change any behaviors that are no longer at default: In the behavior settings, anything that has been changed will be in bold and have an "x" to the right of the behavior. Click on the x and the behavior will be reset to the default value.

You can reset window positions too from the Windows menu (not clear what defaults you want to reset...)
