Issue with walking and running cycle

New Here ,

I have two issues main issues with my walking and running cycle.

1) As you can see in the example video, my puppet's knees are overbending on every step when he's running. And when he's walking, it's like he's stomping his feet into the ground.

2) The other issue I got is that is that the motion is very choppy. The head is moving back and forth, up and down. It doesnt look smooth at all.

Does anyone have a fix for this? 🙂

Thanks for attaching the video.
(1) In rig mode.
Show us a screenshot showing your rigged setup
(2) Show us a screenshot that shows the behavior settings you walk through in the right side tab of the recording mode.

Thank You.

Thanks for attaching the screenshot.
From a quick glance, there seems to be no problem with the rigging.
of the walking behavior parameters.
Strength is currently set to 100%, how about setting it to 80% or so?
Thanks.
