I have just purchased a Logitech C525 webcam - and there is NO video in the Character Animator. I can see the audio levels move if I make a noise, however, cannot see any video whatsoever.
I have installed all the latest drivers - it appears to work elsewhere, just not in Adobe Character Animator.
I have tried switching to Next Camera, default camera, reinstalled drivers, Logitech drivers, Microsoft drivers etc... all to no avail.
All good pc was doing an update have rebooted and all works fine
Thanks

I have the solution for this problem. Go to device manager and disable the virtual cameras that you have installed on your computer. Only that! Very simple!

I'm having the same issue. Running MacOS 13.3.1 on Mac Studio using a Emeet c950 webcam. The webcam company is no help so I'm trying here. Any ideas? None of the solutions offered here have worked.

You will probably get a better response if you start a new thread. I am not familiar with the peculiarities of the Mac so I cannot offer much assistance.

Unfortunately, the camera is the main problem. I went threw several cameras before finding that Anker makes a camera that works. There's a certain protocol Adobe requires of the camera. To my knowledge, any Anker camera should work. I use the Anker PoweConf C200 2K.
