Where do I find, for Animator, the "Puppet - Blank Face Template"?

I've looked at the Character Animator tutorial titled: Building a puppet from scratch.  It begins by importing a Puppet- Blank Face Template.  Where can I find this template?  Is there a blank body template also?  I want to create my own character but need help starting the process.  Thank you for your assistance.

That has the "Max" character from that tutorial, as well as a "BlankTemplate.psd" that you can fill your character in with.
