How to use Wiggler behavior? And what it does?
It jiggles vector outlines on every frame to make it look hand-animated. It only works on vector artwork, set to Render as Vector. (see https://helpx.adobe.com/adobe-character-animator/using/puppet-layers.html for more info that option)
To see it in action, you can use the first example puppet Chad (Illustrator) in the Welcome panel, apply Wiggler, and check Render as Vector in the puppet properties.

OHHHHHH -ok. Interesting! I was trying to figure this out. I haven't been using illustrated, so my lines haven't been jiggling I guess. X3 But either way- this isn't an actual behavior I was trying to use. But good to know! Been looking for this for a while!
