413 header length too large when applying for free trial on adobe connect

Hello

.I am trying to apply for a 30 days free trial on adobe connect, however when I submit my application this error occurs.

What should I do? I have Windows 8/ google chrome.

Please keep the answers short since I have a bit hard to to understnd difficult meanings.
