barcode scan

Hi,

The form I have with several fields on it such as ProductID, Description, Price, ect.    The back-end database is storing the information of these fields.  I have the sheet list of all productID and scanner to scan the productid barcode.  The productID is can into the productID field from the form.  My question is how can I populate the Description and Price of each productID when it’s scan?
