CFPM unexpected char -1

Hi,

I installed CF2021 and updated until 16 and any module have not installed. So I go the cfpm and when I try to install administrator module or whatever, it displays unexpected error

D:\ColdFusion2021\cfusion\bin>cfpm
cfpm>list
Unexpected char -1 at (line no=669, column no=2406, offset=53831)
cfpm>install administrator
Unexpected char -1 at (line no=669, column no=2406, offset=53831)
cfpm>install all
Unexpected char -1 at (line no=669, column no=2406, offset=53831)
cfpm>install mail

Any hint to fix this?

Hello Zamvil,

Can you please replace the ColdFusion2021\bundles with latest Hotfix package repository for CF 2021 , you can download from the below link

Please share exception.log, cfpm-audit.log along with neo-updates.xml file from cfusion/lib directory

With his solution I'm going to update it to updated 18. I hope witl not have problems.
