Hi ,

 Can you please help me with this error mentioned below :

 

The description for Event ID 4 from source ColdFusion 11 Application Server cannot be found. Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. You can install or repair the component on the local computer.

If the event originated on another computer, the display information had to be saved with the event.

The following information was included with the event:

ColdFusion 11 Application Server

the message resource is present but the message is not found in the string/message table

Is the service starting? If so, you can probably disregard this error. If not, try uninstalling and reinstalling CF 11.

Hi Dave, thanks for your response highly appreciate.

 

i tried to restarrt the service and it was restarted succesfully but application is too slow to login to.

 

there are certail logs which i find out.

Hi,

 

As Dave mentioned about re-installing the server before that try to start the CF from the command prompt so you can see the issue and share the screenshot of the command prompt error.

I tried to start the cf from command prompt but i didn't receive any error.

should i move my application to cf newer version which is in support , as i know CF 11 is out of support.

 

I do have CF 2018 also where apps are running fine and also in support , any siggestion about it?
