Coldfusion Form Validation Stopped Working in All Servers

I just noticed that Coldfusion stopped validating cfform fields that use required="yes"

I've checked that the default script directory is pointing correctly to /CFIDE/scripts/

I've tested this on multiple CF7 & CF8 servers and Multiple Computers/Devices

No form validation is working at all.

Anyone with some insight as to WTF Happened?

SOLVED:

Make sure the Default ScriptSrc Directory in CF Administrator > Settings is set to a Full Path

Example:  http://203.29.151.162/CFIDE/scripts/
