Thanks, but is there a fix?

Though the warning may be ignored, I think it's even better for the ColdFusion Team to fix the issue. Especially because it is simple to fix.
See, for example, https://www.baeldung.com/slf4j-classpath-multiple-bindings

@BKBKI already saw the link you provided but I still do not know which JAR file we should remove/rename based on the error above.
We have these files:
Directory of C:\ColdFusion2018\cfusion\lib
04/02/2019 09:05 32,127 slf4j-api-1.7.12.jar
04/02/2019 09:05 8,860 slf4j-log4j12-1.7.12.jar

Hi @tribule ,
The change I suggested has to be done inside the ColdFusion engine. So, my suggestion, and the accompanying link, are meant for Adobe's ColdFusion Team. Not for you, the user.

Understood. I renamed the two files above, error has gone now and logging unaffected so far.

You're brave. 🙂 I wouldn't take that risk.
The crucial thing is that the ColdFusion Team has to sort out the dependencies.

Well, I'll watch it and the first sign of any issues I'll rename them back lol.
