Enable of PDF Service Hanging (as is Archive Builder)

Hi

I have a strange scenario where one install working and the other is not! And both installs use exactly the same setting.

ON one server the pdf service just hangs, htmltopdf does not work as it won’t allow me to enable the pdf service (just hangs). On this server the coldfusion archive builde also does not work, just hangs as well, maybe coincidence!

Both servers running CF11 enterprise update 9 and win 2008r2 264

Any ideas?

Prepare test code for PDF and for Archive Builder. Verify that it runs on the problem-free server.

Copy the same code to the problem server. Jot down what time it is on this server. Run the code.

Check the log files on the problem server. Did any errors occur after you ran the test code? If so, which?
