How do I FTP to hosting company?

I have created my ColdFusion site on my local computer and tested it using the local ColdFusion server.

Can I FTP all of the site up to the hosting company that is going to host the site?

I can't figure out how to setup an FTP connection with the hosting company inside of Cold Fusion Builder.

Right-click on your project in the navigator pane, select the poorly-named "Synchronize" option, and then the "Create New..." option, and follow your nose from there.
