HTTP Error 12029

I have been trying to build a website using dreamweaver, (I have Studio 8), which I have installed to my D: drive as I have installed a video security system that only works on C: drive.
The problem is that no matter how I try (with my somewhat limited knowledge) I cannot seem to set up Coldfusion Mx7 to work even with the tutorial.

Please Help.
Jennifer.

Hi,

Also if you are using the built in webserver then try changing all your 'localhost' terms to 'localhost:8500' and that will do...

I have tried the obvious suggestions and even had some help on

Topic Title Does Studio really have to be installed to C: drive?
Topic Summary Coldfusion localhost on d or e drives

With little success. Since then I have re-installed CF to C: drive with the following result
Test URL returns - The URL prefix test was successful
then when I click Next I get - The site URL prefix [/CFIDE/gettingstarted/tutorial]for the testing server does not match the site URL prefix [] specified in HTTP Address for the site. This may cause pages using site relative links to display incorrectly at runtime. Proceed anyway?
I have now allowed CF to install to its defaults whilst Studio 8 is installed to D:\Program Files\Macromedia.
