Yes, because those files aren't processed by CF. But why would you put them on your live server? You should exclude templates from your synchronization - you can do that easily enough from within Dreamweaver.

Use cloaking to exclude files or entire folders from synchronization:

Once you connect with Filezilla, you are presented with a directory structure. If you are even slightly organized you should have a general idea of what files are in what folders.

What specific thing are you trying to accomplish and is causing difficulty?

i look for the surely, the search way... is any way, any software? i have many web apps/files/folders...
