Licensing a DR Server

Do end users need to purchase cold fusion enterprise licenses for servers only used for disaster recovery?  I'm asking since the servers will only be active when required.

I don't know, for sure, but I would assume that, yes, the server would have to be licensed in order to be legal.

Disaster Recovery is free to use production license.

Servers purely used for disaster recovery only in the event that the primary copy has failed or is destroyed, continues to be free.
