Where the heck do you report a bug?  Now I know why the Adobe developers say they don't have any bugs in their queue.  No one can figure how to report one.

I was also told they offer free installation support.  Where and how do you reach them?  I've scoured the website and can't find it.

But Photoshop isn't listed in the products, neither is illustrator.

Where do you find that Home link and the email on the website?

Why doesn't it have a specific web page title? Home?  Really?

@BalddogRobin , this thread is over 6 years old. A lot has changed since 2014, including the link to the bug website. It is currently https://tracker.adobe.com

Photoshop is not at that link. In fact, none of the Creative Cloud apps are at that link.

Yes, please, dear team, make a bug report function directly available through the applications. I am going in circles here. Need to submit a bug report for Creative Cloud that has effects on InDesign. Thank you!

To folks raising this problem regarding creative cloud tools, photoshop, etc, please note that this forum you are responding to (and this message from 2014) are in the Adobe ColdFusion forum. That's not a product in the creative cloud suite, so this is NOT the place to be asking about or raising issues regarding that suite and those products.

You may say "well, maybe Adobe will respond", but to be clear those who would support ColdFusion, which is server software. It would be like asking how to fix a car in a forum for airplane mechanics. Sure, they MAY be able to help (as some things are shared, like turning bolts) but things are just dramatically different--even if the manufacturer of the car and the airplane are the same.

Please go to community.adobe.com and find the product forum for your product, rather than add comments here, if not about ColdFusion. Please don't take my suggestion the wrong way. To paraphrase Gandalf (in Lord of the Rings), "I'm not trying to scold you...I'm trying to help you".
