Sending textbox into cfmail

Is it possible to send the form itself into cfmail, this includes the textbox

I figure it out...and yeah you can send it including the textbox....

But now my question is my outlook doesn't show the textbox instead it displays sets of brackets while in thunderbird and yahoo mail it displays the textbox

Does anyone know why?
