Stuck uninstalling CF Builder 2 Update 1

I am having trouble uninstalling CF Builder 2 Update 1 on a box upgraded to Windows 10. The uninstaller commands me to Stop Coldfusion servers (which as far as I can tell aren't running). I've checked running services and can't fathom what might be causing the problem. Is there a trick to this? Thanks in advance for any help or advice!
