Test for first letter capitalisation like so in ms sql 2005

I'm trying to test for first letter capitalisation like so in ms sql 2005

SELECT [Id]
,[Code]
,[Country]
FROM [[Currency]

WHERE Country LIKE '[A-Z]%'

however I get everything back?
