Unable to Download ColdFusion Server

I have a new laptop and am trying to download ColdFusion Server and Builder..

I am on this link (for CF Server)

Download Adobe ColdFusion free trial | Adobe ColdFusion (2025 release)

After I fill out the fields in the form and press "Download" nothing happens.

I recall having the same problem about three years ago with another device. I think there is a pop-up that I am not seeing.-

Can anyone advise please?

There's no pop-up. Usually when such things in the Adobe site fail to work, I find that they work if I open a new incognito/private window, or a different browser.

While the situation is frustrating, it's just that the Adobe site architecture uses a LOT of cookies and such that might get out of whack once in a while. (To be clear, that site architecture is NOT the cf team's responsibility. It's others' at Adobe, who are NOT using cf. That's not a topic worth debating or lamenting, as it's out of their hands/above their paygrade .)

If doing that DOES work, you could also try clearing cookies in your main browser, which can be done any of many ways. 

Let us know if this gets you going, or not.

Press F5 to refresh the page. Then make sure you fill all the fields in the form, before pressing the Download button..
