Domain Registration Web Services

Wow, I haven't been on here in a long time, but I'm finally stumped.

I'm currently trying to set up an automated domain name registration for a project with my current client. We're using ResellerClub (http://manage.resellerclub.com/kb/servlet/KBServlet/cat106.html) as the API which I believe is made by LogicBoxes. Before I get into where the problem lies, I just want to know if anyone is familiar with this API. They have a Java version, but there are no binaries and the compilation isn't working.
