I work for the university of Greenwich and we use connect.
Our Adobe Connect Account (UNIVERSITY OF GREENWICH20110620064721) is scheduled to expire on Tuesday 19 June 2012, 12:59 PM.
How can I renew this?
An email from Adobe states:
If you have any questions about this, or would like renew the account, please contact your Adobe Sales Representative or Reseller.
There are no contact details or anything and I'm unable to reply to the email.
Could someone from adobe contact me please: cd84@gre.ac.uk

I would put a request in here: https://www.adobe.com/cfusion/mmform/index.cfm?name=connectpro&loc=en_gb
If you know who your reseller was a year ago, go back to them, as they will be able to get you taken care of.
